After registering in the investment advisory business under the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act in 2008, we have provided investment advisory services with domestic and overseas investment managers as direct customers.
In the investment advisory business, we advise customers on investment decisions for financial instruments such as securities based on investment advisory (advice) contracts concluded with customers. Customers make their own investment decisions. (Financial Instruments and Exchange Law, Article 2, Paragraph 8, Item 11)
Currently, we do not have investment advisory (advice) contracts with general investors (investors who are not specified investors under the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act).
